Assist-Life Stage, Transition

When it comes to helping people with disabilities make important transitions in their lives, the National Disability Insurance System (NDIS) has a lot to offer. The goal is to minimize the individual’s sense of discomfort throughout this time of change. Disability support organizations provide both immediate and long-term care, as well as life transition planning services, to meet the diverse requirements of their clients. Transitioning to a new environment can be difficult for people with disabilities, but the NDIS provides resources to make the process easier. This includes helping people find suitable housing, making new friends, establishing a budget, and finding enjoyable activities.
